Prepare a Parafolk for a personality level-up
Personality helps distinguish the Parafolks whose lives you shape. This progression option makes the currently selected character ready for a personality level-up, giving you a way to move that part of their development along.
One selected character at a time
Choose the character you intend to develop before using Level up personality. The action prepares that character to level up; it does not choose personality rewards for you or claim to raise unrelated skills.
