Prevent enemy damage
You no longer take damage is the option for stopping enemy damage while enabled. Use it when you want to focus on ball combinations and attacking rather than recovering from hits.
Restore health after a hit
You will always have full health restores health after you take damage. Your health can drop briefly before it recovers.
Healing after a hit cannot save you from an attack that kills you outright. Choose this option with that limit in mind rather than treating it as the same effect as damage prevention.
Setup and other changes

Questions about rule modifiers
- Does full health prevent a one-hit death?
- No. The full-health option restores health after damage and does not protect against a hit that kills you before recovery.
