Open Upgrades to spend Cash on improvements offered by the game. Capacity upgrades expand the bag used for collecting sea life.

What does the Cash control change?: It sets the cash you can spend on normal aquarium construction and upgrades.
Where can I spend Cash?: Walk into a marked construction area or open the Upgrades menu.
