Easy Anti-Cheat setup for mods
A setup guide by Bytonian Mods
The supported way to launch without Easy Anti-Cheat depends on the game. Start with the game-specific instructions below.
You can use mods in single-player, when hosting, or in supported co-op. When joining someone else’s game, do not use mods for an unfair advantage against other players. Follow the game’s rules; disabling anti-cheat does not remove account-ban risk.
- Close the game completely.
- Find your game below and follow its launch instructions. Use its own launcher setting or documented offline mode that explicitly turns off Easy Anti-Cheat.
- Reopen the game with that choice and connect it in Bytonian Mods. Use single-player, your own hosted game or co-op, as supported by the game and mod.
When you finish
Before protected play, close the game, turn off mods in Bytonian Mods, restore the game’s normal anti-cheat launch setting, and reopen it.
If your game has no supported launch mode without anti-cheat, contact support before using mods.
