Use the game’s supported launch option without BattlEye before connecting mods.

You can use mods in single-player, when hosting, or in supported co-op. When joining someone else’s game, do not use mods for an unfair advantage against other players. Follow the game’s rules; disabling anti-cheat does not remove account-ban risk.

1. Close the game completely before changing its launch choice.
2. Open your game launcher and find the game’s launch choices. In Steam, right-click the game in your Library and open Properties → General.
3. Select the supported choice without BattlEye. For Unturned, set Selected Launch Option to Play without BattlEye Anti-Cheat. Other games can use different labels; follow their instructions below.
4. Launch the game again and connect it in Bytonian Mods. Use single-player, your own hosted game or co-op, as supported by the mod.
